Exchanges and Returns

You are able to exchange or return any purchase within 28 days of receipt. Items must be in the same condition you received them in.

There is a DHL label provided in your order, attach it to your parcel (ensuring any old labels are removed). You can order your collection with DHL using the Airway Bill (AWB) No. provided on the invoice at:

We’ll process your exchange or return as soon as we receive it. If you’ve requested a refund, funds should be back in your account within 2-4 days.
